Converge

If someone wanted to consider serving full time and long term with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in our Global Ministries team, where would they start the process? After a good talk with their lead pastor, and perhaps someone from the missions committee, the next step is to make sure discipleship is in place for them, and then point them to Converge.

"Converge" is Global Ministries department for candidate recruitment and development. Their website has many answers for questions, as well as a preliminary inquiry form for those who are considering serving the Lord in this way.
